Apricot Crumble

Makes one 9 inch dish

apricot crumble


2 21oz cans of Apricot pie filling (you can use other flavours too or make your own filling)
3oz flour
1 oz oats
3oz sugar
2oz butter


Preheat oven to 350°F.
Put all ingredients, except filling into a food processor and mix until crumbled.
Put pie filling into a 9 inch pie dish and even out the top.
Sprinkle crumble mix on top of the pie filling.
Bake until the crumble turns a golden brown on top.
