Easy Jalapeño Poppers

Makes 8 poppers

4 jalapeños peppers
1 green onion, minced
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup of shredded cheese

Oregano to serve


Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut the tops off each of the jalapeños and slice in half lengthways. Scrape out seeds.
In a small bowl, mix the cheeses, onion and garlic together until evenly mixed.

Spoon the mixture into the pepper halves evenly.
Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake until the cheese is golden, about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with oregano and serve.
